Who are we?

We are here to join you in your healing journey, acting as partners along the way by providing care and guidance and by learning your unique pathway to growth together. We bring our full selves to our relationships with our clients, as we see our shared experiences of humanity as a valuable part of the therapeutic relationship. We ourselves belong to the communities we serve, and this gives us the ability to understand at a deeper level.

Why go to therapy?

You deserve to feel good. Therapy can provide a unique opportunity to heal wounds of the past, and move beyond survival to contentment and happiness.

You may be so used to being alone with our emotional struggles that it’s hard to imagine opening up. You may also have tried therapy in the past and gained a valuable sense of self-awareness, but are looking to deepen your healing journey.

Most often, the way we engage with our emotions is learned and absorbed passively across the course of our lives.

Therapy will allow you to uncover these underlying patterns and develop new ways of being

We believe that connection is at the center of healing and growth: connection to ourselves, our loved ones, and our broader community. We specialize in emotions-focused, trauma-informed and somatically-attuned therapy: we primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).

Through this work, you can expect to make better sense of your struggles and bring this a layer deeper into truly feeling better.
